Empowering your Transition

Parent’s Going Back To Work

Parent’s Going Back to Work Workshop

You might be thinking, HELP, how do I do this?

Returning to work after parental leave is one of those transitions nobody fully prepares you for. You may be wondering how to hold everything at once: the love, the exhaustion, the identity shift, the work waiting for you on the other side.

Parenthood changes everything. It can make your previous sense of purpose feel distant, and the thought of returning to work can bring up a whole mix of feelings: excitement, dread, guilt, relief, or all of the above at once. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to figure it out alone.

In this workshop, you'll be met with compassion exactly where you are. Whether you're counting down the days to return or can barely think about it without anxiety, all experiences are welcome here.

Together, we'll step back and take a wider view of your whole life: who you are now, what matters most to you as a parent, and how to design this next chapter with more ease and intention. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your own pace and a real action plan tailored to your unique transition.

This is your invitation to show up, exhale, and find your next best steps with ease, grace, and a little breathing room.

We spend much time preparing for birth but less preparing for the integration of life after the baby is born.

In This Workshop, You Can Expect to Receive the Following:

Clarity on values while integrating your new identity as a parent

Support in effective communication, boundaries, and negotiation

Community and connection with other parents returning to work

Self-created action plan that helps generate alignment

Michelle’s “Going Back to Work” workshop was perfect for me. I was contemplating returning to the working world as a new mom. The workshop was a great help in getting my goals and priorities in order. I left the class with an action plan.

The workshop inspired me to put my ideas into action. I owe it to Michelle’s workshop to give me the nudge I needed to get the ball rolling.

If you need more 1:1 support, let’s connect.

In one-on-one coaching, you get the gift of undivided space. Space to pause, breathe, and take honest stock of where you are in this transition, without judgment, and without rushing.

Together, we'll explore what this new chapter of your life is asking of you. We'll name what matters most to you now as a working parent, and we'll work together to design a life that reflects those priorities. Not someone else's version of balance, but yours.

You'll leave with a pace that feels sustainable and an action plan that's truly your own.

IN this coaching package, you will:
  • Co-create a personal action plan that brings clarity and a sense of alignment to your days

  • Practice setting clear boundaries and communicating your needs at work and at home

  • Work through a unique process of releasing your past self while embracing your identity as a parent

  • Take meaningful action on your values, with accountability to support lasting life-work satisfaction

The package includes three 45-minute coaching sessions by phone or Zoom, to be used within three months, plus text and email support between sessions so you're never navigating this alone.

Ready to feel supported through this transition? Let's do this together.
